Samenvatting
Justin Diamond is a well respected medical aid broker who is secretly having an affair with his physiotherapist Marika. After he ends their relationship, she demands that he pay her one million rand otherwise she’ll expose the secret of their affair to his family and community. Fearful of losing his golden boy reputation, Justin seeks the help of his estranged underworld brother Dovi to intimidate her into silence. Dovi sends his goons to sort out the problem but they accidentally shoot the wrong woman whose father is an underworld gangster named Worsie Ferreira. Worsie sends off a dangerous hitman named Henko to kill the people who committed this senseless act to his daughter. Justin, believing that Marika was killed, seeks the counsel of his Rabbi and in a moment of grief, he donates the R1mil he would have paid to Marika to the synagogue in the hopes that it will redeem him from his involvement in this terrible act. But Justin soon learns that Marika is still alive and that she plans to expose their affair unless he pays her the money. As a comedy-of-errors unfold, Justin has to once again partner up with his unpredictable brother Dovi to get the money back from the rabbi if he has any chance of protecting his reputation - while unbeknownst to him, a relentless hitman Henko is closing in on him and his family.
